麓灣水集水鳥公園坐落于萬(wàn)寧市水庫(kù)邊緣的濕地，豐沛的熱帶光照與降水滋養(yǎng)出繁茂的水生動(dòng)植物群落，枯水期裸露的淺灘形成鷸鸻類候鳥的天然食場(chǎng)，吸引大批遷徙候鳥駐足停歇。場(chǎng)地內(nèi)天然內(nèi)湖與高聳的落葉喬木林構(gòu)成獨(dú)特景觀體系，與水庫(kù)共同維系著微妙的生態(tài)平衡。

Luxefarm is situated within a wetland area adjacent to the Wanning City reservoir. The abundant tropical sunlight and rainfall sustain a thriving aquatic ecosystem, while exposed mudflats during dry seasons form natural feeding grounds for migratory shorebirds, attracting substantial flocks. The site's natural inland lake and towering deciduous forest create a distinctive landscape system that maintains delicate ecological equilibrium with the reservoir.

“輕介入”策略

Light Intervention Strategy

為適應(yīng)場(chǎng)地運(yùn)營(yíng)需求，建筑選址需準(zhǔn)確落位于水域交匯邊界——既處于水庫(kù)與內(nèi)湖的過渡帶，又銜接內(nèi)湖與喬木林區(qū)。該區(qū)位不僅關(guān)乎三者的生態(tài)互動(dòng)與景觀對(duì)話，還面臨濕地松軟地基的荷載限制。在此雙重約束下，“輕介入”理念通過兩組輕型構(gòu)筑物實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境友好與成本的平衡。

To meet operational requirements, architectural placement strategically locates at the hydrological convergence boundary - serving as transitional zone between reservoir and inland lake while connecting to the forested area. This positioning addresses ecological interactions among three systems and confronts load-bearing limitations of wetland's soft substrate. Under these dual constraints, the "light intervention" concept balances environmental compatibility and cost efficiency through two lightweight structures.

Light Form

臨水庫(kù)側(cè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)亭承載著水上器械租賃與茶飲服務(wù)功能，依坡地而建。經(jīng)過解構(gòu)重組的雙坡屋面形成錯(cuò)落檐口，并由纖細(xì)柱列支撐起通透空間。柱間圍合用可完全開啟的門扇系統(tǒng)，維系視覺通廊的連續(xù)性。

The waterfront operations pavilion, housing watercraft rentals and beverage services, adapts to sloping terrain. Its deconstructed dual-pitched roof features staggered eaves supported by slender columns, creating transparent spatial continuity. Full-height operable door systems maintain visual permeability across the landscape.

視線上，豎向構(gòu)件消隱后形成的通透界面，令水庫(kù)對(duì)岸的藍(lán)綠植被與氤氳霧氣可直貫內(nèi)湖。異形屋面在阻隔西曬的同時(shí)，留設(shè)了玻璃界面用以捕捉晚霞的湖面投影。

Visual connectivity is enhanced through minimized vertical elements, allowing unobstructed views of reservoir vegetation and mist permeating towards the inland lake. The specially shaped roof blocks western sun exposure while incorporating glazed sections to capture twilight reflections on water surfaces.

生態(tài)維度中，整體架空設(shè)計(jì)可以保障兩水域間生態(tài)廊道的貫通，出挑檐廊形成的灰空間則有效調(diào)節(jié)熱帶季風(fēng)氣候的日照與降水。

Ecologically, elevated construction preserves the inter-water ecological corridor. Cantilevered eaves create transitional spaces that mitigate tropical monsoon climate impacts through solar shading and rainwater management.

Light Construction

另一側(cè)的亭子采用長(zhǎng)條形的折線布局，主要為這個(gè)片區(qū)提供餐飲服務(wù)，由餐廳和廚房組成。亭子北向面朝茂密的樹林，另一側(cè)緊鄰內(nèi)湖，樹林的頂部與湖面拉成一條斜線，形成了梯形的剖面。

The linear-folded pavilion on the opposite side provides dining facilities, comprising restaurant and kitchen spaces. Its trapezoidal section emerges from aligning forest canopy (north elevation) with lake surface (south elevation) through angular geometry.

結(jié)構(gòu)上，設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)軟弱地基采用筏板基礎(chǔ)承托輕鋼框架。波形鍍鋅鋼板屋面既呼應(yīng)水體意象，又通過曲面折射規(guī)避了特定角度的眩光干擾。

Structurally, raft foundations support light steel frames to accommodate soft soil conditions. Corrugated galvanized steel roofing echoes aquatic textures while curved surfaces mitigate glare through light refraction. Operational zones are functionally separated, with kitchen exhaust systems oriented away from recreational areas to minimize environmental interference.
