在現(xiàn)代語(yǔ)境下，度假酒店往往將“逃離日?！焙?jiǎn)化為一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的視覺(jué)消費(fèi)。然而，作為承載理想化生活的目的地，設(shè)計(jì)不應(yīng)僅停留于身體的休憩之所，而需成為延伸日常生活的媒介，為住客創(chuàng)造與當(dāng)?shù)厣剿疃葘?duì)話的體驗(yàn)，使之成為一場(chǎng)重塑感知的探索和漫游。

Contemporary resort hotels often reduce the notion of "escape from the mundane" to standardized visual commodities. However, as vessels for idealized living, design should transcend mere physical repose to become a medium that extends daily existence. It must craft dialogues between guests and the landscape, transforming stays into explorations – a wandering that reconfigures one's sensory engagement with the world.

01

山水褶皺間的桎梏

湘湖自由莊園坐落于杭州城郊的湘湖旅游度假區(qū)內(nèi)，正如“山秀而疏，水澄而深，邑人謂景之勝若瀟湘然”所描繪，湘湖的自然底色與文化底蘊(yùn)成為了設(shè)計(jì)的起點(diǎn)。項(xiàng)目選址于湘湖西南岸，延展于山坳一側(cè)，東臨碧波蕩漾的湘湖，南望將軍山起伏的輪廓，營(yíng)造出一處隱秘的度假莊園。

Nestled within Hangzhou's Xianghu Lake Tourism Resort, Xianghu Liberty Manor embodies the poetic essence captured in the historic description: "sparse hills frame crystalline depths." This natural endowment and cultural legacy form the project's foundational narrative. Positioned along the southwestern shore, the estate cascades down a valley flank, framing view of the rippling Xianghu Lake to the east and the undulating silhouette of the Jiangjun Hill to the south, crafting an architectural hideaway that dissolves boundaries between landscape and habitation.

作為高端度假酒店，自由莊園涵蓋了完整的住宿、餐飲、宴會(huì)、休閑及兒童游樂(lè)等功能，共配置156間客房。然而，復(fù)雜的地形條件為設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)。基地形狀狹長(zhǎng)局促，北側(cè)為合院式的別墅酒店，由東側(cè)湖岸深入將軍山腹地；南西北三側(cè)群山環(huán)抱下的東西高差近30米；雖臨湖但沿湖展開面較窄，可利用的景觀資源相對(duì)有限。

As a luxury resort, Liberty Manor encompasses a full spectrum of functions – 156 guestrooms, restaurants, banquet halls, leisure facilities, and children's playground. However, its true design breakthrough emerges from resolving critical topographical constraints: 1) An elongated site constrained between a villa complex to the north and Jiangjun Hill’s foothills; 2) Dramatic 30-meter elevation differential; 3) Limited lakeside frontage restricting panoramic exploitation.

順應(yīng)自然，定義建筑的邊界

設(shè)計(jì)以“弱建筑、強(qiáng)景觀”的態(tài)度回應(yīng)湘湖景區(qū)的山水肌理。酒店的主體建筑面對(duì)將軍山北麓展開，分解為多個(gè)貼近自然形態(tài)的單體嵌入山地。合理的豎向規(guī)劃充分尊重場(chǎng)地原狀，順應(yīng)自然坡度，最小化置入功能體量，從而避免對(duì)原始地貌的破壞。

The design adopts a "weak architecture, strong landscape" approach in response to natural topography. The hotel complex unfolds along the northern foothills of Jiangjun Hill, decomposed into volumes that nestle into the terrain with organic forms. The vertical planning prioritizes site preservation by following natural slopes, effectively reducing disturbance to the original landform.

建筑對(duì)自然的適應(yīng)并不意味成為地形的附屬，建筑師希望探尋人工造物與天然風(fēng)景的平衡共生：體量低調(diào)融入地貌的同時(shí)，簡(jiǎn)潔語(yǔ)匯勾勒出的現(xiàn)代建筑與自然環(huán)境間保持了獨(dú)特的張力，定義了建筑與景觀的邊界；景觀電梯廳與多功能廳的獨(dú)特幾何形態(tài)躍然于屋面上方，成為山麓的視覺(jué)節(jié)點(diǎn)，向來(lái)訪者昭示了自身的存在。

This architectural adaptation to nature seeks balanced coexistence between artificial architecture and natural landscape. While the volumes integrate with the terrain, their modern contours maintain tension with the surroundings, defining architectural-ecological boundaries. The geometric forms of the landscape elevator and event hall jut above the roof as visual marks, announcing their presence to visitors.

在酒店與將軍山圍合成的“峽谷”中，設(shè)計(jì)借勢(shì)造景，將景觀系統(tǒng)作為空間錨點(diǎn)，以此展開一系列場(chǎng)景想象：通過(guò)山坳地形、錯(cuò)落的疊瀑、嶙峋的巖壁及豐富的植被，構(gòu)建起一條縱貫東西、標(biāo)高錯(cuò)落的景觀系統(tǒng)。酒店的餐飲、聚會(huì)、泳池、健身等公共空間沿峽谷散落其間。

Within the "valley" formed between the hotel and Jiangjun Hill, the design leverages natural features to anchor spatial experiences. Cascading waterfalls, rugged cliffs, and diverse vegetation create a landscape system with staggered elevations. Public spaces including dining areas, event venues, swimming pools, and fitness facilities scatter along this topographic corridor.

作為交通樞紐的酒店大堂被設(shè)置在峽谷中段21米標(biāo)高處，并將客房區(qū)分為山下和山上兩個(gè)組團(tuán)——低區(qū)客房面向?qū)④娚郊皪{谷景觀，高區(qū)客房則遠(yuǎn)眺湘湖與群山。兩種類型的客房通過(guò)復(fù)合式交通系統(tǒng)串聯(lián)，構(gòu)筑起不同景色的居住體驗(yàn)。建筑依山勢(shì)層層退臺(tái)，所有客房均設(shè)有陽(yáng)臺(tái)或露臺(tái)，最大化汲取景觀資源，確保每一位住客擁享旖旎湖景或秀美園景。

The central lobby at the 21-meter elevation serves as the transportation hub, dividing guest rooms into lower and upper clusters. Lower-level rooms face the hill and valley views, while upper-level accommodations overlook Xianghu Lake and distant peaks. Connected by a circulation system, both rooms feature balconies or terraces that maximize landscape engagement, ensuring all guests enjoy either lake or garden panoramas.

為降低對(duì)北側(cè)建筑的日照影響，建筑對(duì)低區(qū)客房的一側(cè)屋頂做了不同半徑的弧形處理，外立面隨著建筑間距的變化以及道路標(biāo)高的起伏呈現(xiàn)出漸變的形態(tài)。

To mitigate sunlight impact on neighbor buildings to the north, the design incorporates curved roofs on lower-level guest wings. The fa?ade demonstrates morphological transitions that respond to changing building intervals and elevation shifts.

行旅于山間，構(gòu)建連續(xù)體驗(yàn)

酒店公區(qū)出入口沿北側(cè)道路設(shè)置，順應(yīng)地勢(shì)的山道蜿蜒向上，到達(dá)山谷中的靜謐莊園。抵達(dá)大堂時(shí)，階梯式水景和中庭的圓形水簾形成流動(dòng)的輕盈屏障，呼應(yīng)了瀲滟湖光，營(yíng)造出靈動(dòng)且富有儀式感的入口體驗(yàn)。

The hotel's entrance is situated along the northern road, where a winding mountain path ascends with the terrain, guiding visitors to the secluded estate nestled in the valley. Upon reaching the lobby, terraced water features and a circular water curtain in the atrium form a fluid, translucent barrier that echoes the shimmering lake, creating a ceremonial sequence.

層層遞進(jìn)的室內(nèi)外空間組織使得每一場(chǎng)景都呈現(xiàn)出移步換景的體驗(yàn)：步入大堂室內(nèi)，整面落地窗將景觀納入建筑所搭建的“取景框”中。室外的空中廊道跨越峽谷，輕盈地延伸至對(duì)岸茶山，使住客得以步入其中，近覽山巒，俯瞰溪谷，仿若沉浸于一副流動(dòng)的山水畫卷之中。

The progressive layering of spaces cultivates evolving visual narratives with movement. Within the lobby, full-height glazing frames the landscape. An aerial corridor spans the valley, delicately extending towards the tea plantations.

建筑的內(nèi)部空間以近30米通高的大堂中庭為核心，穿越橫亙?cè)诖筇弥型サ摹斑B橋”，即可到達(dá)通向高區(qū)客房的觀光電梯。垂直景觀電梯于山谷間穿梭，遠(yuǎn)處湘湖勝景徐徐展開。而從大堂沿著狹長(zhǎng)的通道緩緩步入低區(qū)客房時(shí)，地景和天光在通高空間交匯，充滿趣味的坡道貫穿各層，化解了漫長(zhǎng)流線帶來(lái)的乏味體驗(yàn)。

The interior centers around a 30-meter double-height atrium. Crossing the "bridge" leads to elevators accessing upper-level guestrooms. Glass-enclosed elevators traverse the valley while revealing views of Xianghu Lake. When descending through the elongated passage to lower-level accommodations, converging ground textures and illumination within the vertical space create dynamic interplays. Playful ramps interconnect various levels, transforming lengthy routes into engaging experiences.

建筑的消隱與自然的顯形

“成為自然本身”是項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)的初衷和訴求。在接近入口的過(guò)程中，流線形建筑外立面藏于道路一側(cè)的盎然綠意之中，體量消隱于場(chǎng)地邊界。建筑大部分的屋頂采用種植屋面，與場(chǎng)地邊緣的植被融為一體，同時(shí)降低了建筑整體的熱反射和熱島效應(yīng)。

"Becoming nature" constitutes the project's design ethos. Approaching the entrance, the streamlined fa?ade retreats behind roadside vegetation, its volume dissolving into site boundaries. Vegetated roofing merges with peripheral greenery, concurrently reducing heat reflection and mitigating urban heat island effects.

立面材質(zhì)選用耐腐蝕的鋁塑復(fù)合板，以適應(yīng)山地潮濕環(huán)境；局部突出的體量則以深色塑石飾面模擬水岸山石的肌理，與周邊山水形成詩(shī)意對(duì)話。面對(duì)內(nèi)部庭院及外擺區(qū)域的大面落地玻璃消解了室內(nèi)外界限，營(yíng)造出通透的視覺(jué)通廊，使得空間與自然交織成流動(dòng)的體驗(yàn)序列。

The fa?ade employs corrosion-resistant aluminum panels suited to humid conditions. Projecting volumes feature dark stone-textured finishes mimicking waterside rock formations, engaging in poetic dialogue with landscapes. Floor-to-ceiling glazing dissolves indoor-outdoor divisions, creating transparent visual corridors that intertwine space and nature into fluid experiential sequences.
