尋找每個(gè)人心中的那片海

本案位于成都武侯智慧新城，活力新區(qū)。片區(qū)整體定位以現(xiàn)代都市工業(yè)和現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)服務(wù)作為片區(qū)未來新城發(fā)展方向，產(chǎn)城一體。作為城市規(guī)劃與發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的過渡階段，新興的規(guī)劃與周邊的破敗的現(xiàn)狀，形成了鮮明的對(duì)比。作為設(shè)計(jì)師我們能想象未來10、20年后這里繁榮的場(chǎng)景，但周圍的居民或購(gòu)房者來說，如何讓他們?cè)谫I房之初就能感受到，是本次設(shè)計(jì)的難題。

項(xiàng)目分為2個(gè)地塊，相距300米，兩地塊整體考慮，統(tǒng)一打造。設(shè)計(jì)之初，也想通過統(tǒng)一的語匯讓項(xiàng)目之間的聯(lián)系更為緊密。

The case is located in Chengdu Wuhou Smart New City, Vitality New District. The overall orientation of the area is to take modern urban industry and modern business services as the future development direction of the new city in the area, integrating industry and city. As a transitional stage in the process of urban planning and development, the emerging plan is in sharp contrast to the dilapidated status quo of the surrounding area.
The project is pided into 2 plots, 300 meters apart, and the two plots are considered as a whole and unified. At the beginning of the design, I also wanted to make the connection between projects closer through a unified vocabulary.

成都作為盆地，遠(yuǎn)離大海，四川人骨子里，對(duì)“大海”的執(zhí)念，有一種與生俱來的好感。本次設(shè)計(jì)以“?！睘殪`感，以空間為載體，注入人群基因特性，打造酒店感、精致感、度假感的多元藝術(shù)居所。

Chengdu, as a basin, is far away from the sea, and Sichuan people have an innate good feeling for the "sea" obsession in their bones. This design takes "sea" as inspiration, takes space as the carrier, infuses the genetic characteristics of the population, and creates a multi-art residence with a sense of hotel, refinement and vacation.

《一場(chǎng)海邊的度假之旅》作為靈感起源，讓都市中的人群，逃離城市，游島、踏浪尋找心中的那片寧靜之海。

"A seaside holiday trip" as the origin of inspiration, so that people in the city, escape the city, travel to the island, surf to find the sea of peace in the heart.

流動(dòng)的空間，喚醒人們對(duì)海邊的記憶。整體設(shè)計(jì)，將海島元素作為提出，將海灘、海島、貝殼等元素，融入到景觀場(chǎng)地之中，海洋元素為空間線索、情感導(dǎo)向演繹休閑放松療愈的生活意境，營(yíng)造精致細(xì)膩的多維理想生活。

The flowing space awakens people's memory of the seaside. The overall design puts forward the island elements, integrates the beach, island, shell and other elements into the landscape site, and the ocean elements act as spatial clues and emotional guidance to interpret the life conception of leisure, relaxation and healing, creating a delicate and delicate multidimensional ideal life.

在當(dāng)下“自然主義”景觀的潮流之下，我們也希望把對(duì)于植物景觀空間的理念，帶到項(xiàng)目之中。以多樣植物為基底在喧鬧的城市中創(chuàng)造出自然感，讓每次歸家都像度假放松且愉悅。如此一來，空氣、微風(fēng)和場(chǎng)域的聲音通過居民的不同感官體驗(yàn)，讓人能夠充分融入自然環(huán)境。

Under the current trend of "naturalistic" landscape, we also hope to bring the concept of plant landscape space to the project. The perse plant base creates a sense of nature in the bustle of the city, making every return home like a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

讓歸家的體驗(yàn)，不再是單調(diào)的樹陣，沉浸在由斑駁樹蔭、層疊的綠意和舒緩水景所營(yíng)造的感官氛圍中，水池掩映在蔥郁的植物之中，池水倒映著周圍一切的綠意，流動(dòng)曲線與水景相得益彰，貫穿項(xiàng)目之中，將自然與美學(xué)融為一體，搭建富有想象且有感染力的場(chǎng)所空間。

The homecoming experience is no longer a monotonous array of trees, immersed in the sensory atmosphere created by the dappled shade, the cascading greenery and the soothing water feature. The pool is hidden in the lush vegetation and the water reflects the greenery of everything around it. The flow curve and the water feature complement each other throughout the project, integrating nature and aesthetics.

我們希望植物的生長(zhǎng)，與場(chǎng)地是縫合共生?？臻g的搭建，為植物創(chuàng)造出空間，植物抓住契機(jī)生長(zhǎng)形成迷人的小生態(tài)空間，穿插著自然與風(fēng)的陪伴，這對(duì)于植物來說，也是充滿愜意生活的一種方式。

We want the growth of the plant to be symbiotic with the site. The construction of space creates space for plants, and plants seize the opportunity to grow and form a charming small ecological space, interspersed with the companionship of nature and wind, which is also a life full of everything for plants.
