再尋桃源：一場(chǎng)身心逃離之旅

梅溪湖·韋爾斯利酒店位于長(zhǎng)沙市梅溪湖國(guó)際新城，與扎哈遺作梅溪湖文化藝術(shù)中心遙相呼應(yīng)。梅溪湖是長(zhǎng)沙開(kāi)發(fā)強(qiáng)度最高的片區(qū)，濱湖遍布容積率4.0—6.0的超高層住宅與酒店，作為梅溪湖片區(qū)最后的一個(gè)濱湖酒店，我們提出應(yīng)該在建筑設(shè)計(jì)層面推出一種區(qū)別于超高層酒店的新選擇，為梅溪湖同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重的商務(wù)酒店中提供一種差異化的新體驗(yàn)。

The Mei Xi Lake Wellesley Hotel is located in the Mei Xi Lake International New Town of Changsha City, facing the Mei Xi Lake Art Center, the last work of Zaha Hadid. Mei Xi Lake is the area with the highest development intensity in Changsha. The lakeside is dotted with super high-rise residential buildings and hotels with a plot ratio of 4.0 to 6.0. As the last lakeside hotel in the Mei Xi Lake area, we propose that a new option different from super high-rise hotels should be introduced at the architectural design level, providing a differentiated new experience in the highly homogeneous business hotels in Mei Xi Lake.

桃花源是千百年來(lái)刻在中國(guó)文化基因中的對(duì)于樂(lè)園的如同夢(mèng)境的向往，桃源不同于西方的伊甸花園（EDEN），桃源之美并不在于花園之美，而更在靈魂的放松與逃離，是千百年來(lái)世人都在追求的內(nèi)心平靜與安寧。在當(dāng)下這樣一個(gè)神經(jīng)緊繃的時(shí)代，內(nèi)心的安寧更為難覓，這也讓“再尋桃源”仍然充滿了時(shí)代意義，也許每一個(gè)疲憊的商務(wù)旅途，都在呼喚一次短暫的身心逃離之旅。

“Peach Blossom Paradise ”is a literary masterpiece by the ancient Chinese literati Tao Yuanming, depicting the dreamlike longing for paradise in the genes of Chinese culture for thousands of years. Unlike the Western Garden of Eden , the beauty of Peach Garden lies not in the beauty of the garden, but in the relaxation and escape of the soul. It is the inner peace and tranquility that people have been pursuing for thousands of years. In this tense era, inner peace is even harder to find, which makes "searching for Peach Blossom Paradise again" still full of historical significance. Perhaps every tired business journey is calling for a short journey of physical and mental escape.

桃源意境的入口序列

“林盡水源，便得一山，山有小口，仿佛若有光。

便舍船，從口入。初極狹，才通人。

復(fù)行數(shù)十步，豁然開(kāi)朗。”

——《桃花源記》

區(qū)別于商務(wù)酒店入口的豪華、高大的常規(guī)設(shè)置，我們以林路迂回，將酒店入口遠(yuǎn)離嘈雜的主車道，行車落客處不作任何筆墨華彩，僅設(shè)一樸素門(mén)洞。沿幽深洞口轉(zhuǎn)折復(fù)行十余步而進(jìn)入酒店大堂，則忽而豁然開(kāi)朗，二十米長(zhǎng)的中庭景觀如山水畫(huà)卷徐徐展開(kāi)，引發(fā)旅客的驚嘆。

Different from the luxurious and tall conventional setting at the entrance of a business hotel, we use a winding forest road to keep the hotel entrance away from the noisy main lane. There is no colorful writing or painting at the drop off point, only a simple doorway. After turning along the deep entrance and walking more than ten steps, we enter the hotel lobby, which suddenly becomes clear. The 20 meter long courtyard landscape unfolds like a landscape painting, arousing the astonishment of passengers.

桃源聚落的空間營(yíng)造

屋舍

“土地平曠，屋舍儼然?！?/em>

為了打破傳統(tǒng)酒店的內(nèi)廊式布局，我們將酒店公區(qū)體量化整為零，打散為大小不一的屋舍，并以庭院交織。在旅客面前展開(kāi)的這個(gè)山水畫(huà)卷，不僅是一個(gè)平面的觀賞對(duì)象，更是一個(gè)可深入探尋的村落空間。

In order to break the traditional corridor style layout of hotels, we have divided the hotel public area into smaller buildings of varying sizes, interwoven with courtyards. The landscape painting unfolded in front of the passengers is not only a flat viewing object, but also a village space that can be explored in depth.

池庭

“有良田、美池、桑竹之屬。”

——《桃花源記》

村落的中庭，我們希望是一個(gè)池庭。池庭上方設(shè)置田垅小徑，行走于小徑之上，平坦的池庭也成為了一個(gè)抽象化表達(dá)的水田空間。池庭的表面如同明鏡，屋舍倒影隨水面漣漪晃動(dòng)，如同陶淵明筆下的這個(gè)虛幻夢(mèng)境。

The courtyard of the village, we hope to be a pond courtyard, with a field ridge path set above the pond courtyard. Walking on the path, the flat pond courtyard has become an abstract expression of paddy field space. The surface of the pond is like a clear mirror, and the reflection of the house sways with the ripples of the water, just like the illusory dream in Tao Yuanming's pen

阡陌

“阡陌交通，雞犬相聞。”

——《桃花源記》

酒店的餐廳、泳池、健身房、會(huì)議室，分布于村落之間，不同的屋舍對(duì)應(yīng)了不同的酒店功能。探索游走的過(guò)程，同時(shí)也是一個(gè)游園的過(guò)程，步移景異間，住客自己也成為了畫(huà)中之人，如同一場(chǎng)生動(dòng)的空間實(shí)驗(yàn)戲劇。

The hotel's restaurants, swimming pools, fitness centers, and meeting rooms are located between villages, with different buildings corresponding to different hotel functions. The process of exploring and wandering is also a process of exploring the park. Walking through different scenery, guests themselves become people in the painting, like a dynamic spatial experimental drama.

桃源精神的撫慰

問(wèn)今是何世，乃不知有漢，無(wú)論魏晉。此人一一為具言所聞，皆嘆惋。

余人各復(fù)延至其家，皆出酒食。停數(shù)日，辭去。

此中人語(yǔ)云：“不足為外人道也?！?/span>

三年多的設(shè)計(jì)與籌備的過(guò)程里，與韋爾斯利酒店集團(tuán)的繆總的交流始終是十分愉快的，不論是在項(xiàng)目之初我們對(duì)于酒店定位的梳理與討論，還是在落地過(guò)程中共同對(duì)于材料與細(xì)微之處的品質(zhì)要求，都展現(xiàn)了他們對(duì)于品牌未來(lái)的雄心與憧憬。三年來(lái)業(yè)主與項(xiàng)目各團(tuán)隊(duì)的不懈努力，最終都靜靜的融入了作品之中，如同桃花源記的結(jié)尾一般，等待著每一位旅客去發(fā)現(xiàn)和探尋。

During the more than three years of design and preparation, the communication with Mr. Miao from the Wellesley Hotel Group has always been very pleasant. Whether it was the initial sorting and discussion of the hotel's positioning at the beginning of the project, or the joint quality requirements for materials and details during the implementation process, it demonstrated the ambitions and aspirations of the Wellesley Hotel Group for the future of the brand. Over the past three years, the unremitting efforts of the owners and project teams have finally quietly integrated into the work, just like the ending of The Peach Blossom Paradise, waiting for every traveler to discover and explore.
